Medium to dark garnet red in colour, intense dark fruit aromas, plum and blackberry with a background of spice.

The fruit used to create this wine was sourced from a vineyard in the McLaren Vale. Fruit was machine harvested before being fermented in shallow open bins and plunged regularly before pressing out at dryness. Wine was matured in both American and French oak for 12 Months before being hand bottled.
